How to use the Neo G Back Brace with Power Straps:

Please consult a physician or physical therapist before you use it
Only for use over clean, unbroken skin
Make sure the lumbar insert is positioned at the center of the brace before you use it so that it will sit in the center of your lower back
Position the bottom edge of the brace so that it sits just above the buttocks
Pull the left flap towards your body and secure the main fastener around your waist
Using the thumb loops, simultaneously pull the power straps (the bigger ones) towards your stomach and secure the fit to your preference
Ensure that it’s tight enough to provide adequate compression and fits you comfortably
Make sure it’s not too tight. This can increase pain and restrict blood flow to the area
