Billy Cook Sulphur, OK Western Trainer Saddle with a 16" Chocolate suede seat. Stamped #9030 on latigo keeper. Stamped with serial number under fender. Saddle is chocolate in color and fully roughout leather with a smooth leather horn and cantle. In-Skirt rigging.  Used but in good condition. Saddle had normal wear on seat, stirrups, and fenders. Saddle has marks from use and handling. Conchos may have tarnish. Note: Adjustment strap on fender has been cut or shortened. Please see pictures. Please reference pictures for condition.
